Bernadette Cole
Bernadette Cole, Regional Owner, EXIT Realty Virginia; Owner, EXIT Landmark Realty
Bernadette holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Financial Services from Wright State University. In addition to this, she is a JOHN MAXWELL certified Mentor, Coach and Speaker; BRIAN BUFFINI Certified Mentor; GRI; CDRS Elite. Whenever educational opportunities are present, she makes every effort to attend, promote and support.
In 2006, Bernadette began her real estate career as an EXIT Real Estate agent in La Plata, Maryland, and is a proven multi-million dollar producer. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she has held multiple positions in both sales management and banking.
Only a year and a half into her real estate career, Bernadette opened her own real estate company, EXIT Landmark Realty, in January 2008. Since opening the doors, her company has quickly gained market share and is rapidly growing in a challenging market. Her philosophy is accomplishment through leadership and education and giving back to the community.
Mrs. Cole shares her passion for education with her agents through individual multiple innovative training platforms and programs. Her office has a proven track record of new agent success, producing the Rookie of the Year for Charles County, MD, (2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017). In 2018, based on sales production and number of transactions closed EXIT Landmark Realty was recognized as REAL Trends Up and Comers for 2018. Additionally, her offices were recognized by the EXIT International Corporation as Top 25 in Sales Volume, Number of Transactions, and Sponsoring for 2017. EXIT Landmark Realty received Top Brokerage in the EXIT Mid Atlantic Region in 2020. For 2021, Bernadette was recognized as Southern Maryland’s Top 15 Women to watch encompassing a tri-county area representing all women lead businesses and positions. Lastly, EXIT Landmark Realty was recognized by REAL TRENDS as top 1.5% Brokerage in the US.
Through her leadership and support, both personally and through the agents in her offices have invested time, energy and capitol to multiple community outreach programs from supporting our military and first responders, to fighting human trafficking and homelessness.
She is married to a retired US Air Force Lt Colonel and United Airlines pilot, Alex Cole and parent of three children, Marcus, Brianna and Angelina.
Koy Banks
Koy Banks is the Regional Owner of Exit Realty Virginia, and Broker/Owner of Exit Community Realty and Exit Realty Associates. He has been in the real estate business for 15 years and earned his Broker's license 12 years ago.
As a Broker and Franchisee, Koy is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. The success of his agents is his success, and nothing makes him happier than to see the team succeed. Koy takes his responsibility as a Broker/leader seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. He has completed training with some of the industry's leading REALTORS, Brokers and best known Trainers. He is equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach his agents in any specialty they wish to develop, and to assist his clients in all of their real estate endeavors. Additionally, he is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure his agents and office remain the best in the area.
A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served Koy well. He has sold over 500+ homes in his real estate career. Further he was awarded the Exit Realty Corp International Bronze Award for years 2009-2014, Silver Award in 2015-2019, and the Exit Sapphire Circle Award for closing 250+ transactions with Exit Realty. Additionally in 2017, Koy had the #10 ranked team in Exit, and was #42 overall in the company for GCI in 2018.
He is married to Monique Banks, Esq., and together they have two children, Langston and Kennedy. Koy is a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc., and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and being active in real estate investing.
Randy Barrows
Randy Barrows is the Regional Owner for EXIT Realty Virginia, Owner EXIT Realty Associates in Lorton, VA and the Director of Operations for two EXIT Landmark Realty offices in MD supporting over 275 agents. Prior to joining our EXIT family, Randy served in the United States Air Force, co-owner of a real estate investment company and had a 20-year career with Verizon Communications. He is a trusted and proven expert in operations and management. During his time with Verizon, he received top accolades for his leadership and expertise successfully resurrecting four multimillion-dollar contracts from cancellation and returning two underperforming program centers to profitable status in less than three months. He additionally held various Senior Management positions at Verizon in both the Customer Service Center and Network Operations Center.
Dedicated to strong family values and community, he has combined real estate business with social consciousness. Randy has invested time, energy and capital to multiple community outreach programs from supporting our military and first responders, to giving back to the local educational systems.
He is married to Isabel Barrows and they are the parents to three children, Ashlyn, Antonio and Isabella.
